This temporary Engineering and Public Works assignment supports the City of Victoria’s Sustainable Mobility Strategy. You will receive challenging municipal government assignments while contributing to supernumerary projects. Your work may include research, data analysis, reporting, and testing improved tools under supervisor guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret traffic and safety data
- Conduct research and document findings accurately
- Prepare summaries, reports, procedures, and practices
- Test recent or enhanced tools and processes
- Provide field or office support for projects

Requirements:

- Enrollment in a recognized Canadian co-operative education program
- Full-time studies with return planned next academic year
- Good standing in an undergraduate or technical diploma program
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
