This Food Services Supervisor supports the Clinical Nutrition and Food Services Management Team. You will supervise Patient Food Services staff and daily operations, including sanitation, production, warewashing, and security. The position also covers labor management, training, coaching, recruitment, orientation, performance management, quality audits, and workload assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily Patient Food Services operations
- Oversee patient meal service, sanitation, production, and warewashing
- Ensure practices meet hospital, departmental,



and legislated standards
- Provide staff training, coaching, development, and orientation
- Work closely with nursing and clinical areas

Requirements:

- Food Service Supervisor diploma required
- Minimum three years as a Food Services Supervisor
- Working knowledge of WHMIS and HACCP
- Advanced Food Safety Certification completion required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
