The position requires commercial or institutional custodial, building operations, or facility maintenance experience. You will support school operations through cleaning, repairs, HVAC systems, records, and assigned staff direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform standard caretaking and maintenance duties
- Use custodial equipment and chemical cleaning products safely

Requirements:
