Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, continence, mobility, and transfers
- Support eating, drinking, nutrition, hydration, and meal preparation
- Provide medication prompting, monitoring, recording, and concern reporting
- Offer companionship, reassurance,

- Complete care notes, incident reports, and professional communications

Requirements:

- Right to work in the UK
- Good spoken and written English
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
