As a Senior SEM Coach, you will guide experienced participants through workshops and individual support. Your work centers on continuous improvement, energy management, industrial process performance, and site opportunities. You will also mentor current coaches and help develop program materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach plant and facility management teams on energy management
- Facilitate workshops, audits, and one-on-one participant sessions
- Identify energy savings opportunities during site walk-throughs
- Analyze industrial performance using monitoring equipment and statistics
- Develop improvement plans, reports,



and program materials

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in industrial or commercial environments
- Engineering, technical, or science background
- Knowledge of motors, compressed air, lighting, refrigeration, and boilers
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license, transportation, and site travel availability
