Adelin Properties is seeking a Maintenance Worker for a nine-month contract supporting approximately 20 commercial buildings. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will complete general repairs, investigate issues, assist improvements, and communicate priorities. The work combines scheduled assignments with unexpected repairs across Greater Moncton.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete general building maintenance across commercial properties
- Repair plumbing, drywall, paint, carpentry, and flooring issues
- Investigate leaks and identify practical next steps
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests




- Update assignments and completed work using a mobile app

Requirements:

- Practical maintenance, renovation, construction, or related trade experience
- Broad repair skills and willingness to learn
- Independent problem-solving and sound judgment
- Valid driver’s licence, personal vehicle, and smartphone
- Ability to lift materials and work in varying weather
