FedEx Express Operations Supervisors lead protected sort operations, package routing, and Cargo Handler teams in a frontline station environment. This temporary assignment runs Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00AM.

The Operations Supervisor promotes FXE’s Safety Above All Culture while managing daily sort activities and assigned Cargo Handlers. The position directs package handling, routing, and service-failure recovery. It also provides mentoring, coaching, and training while ensuring administrative processes follow FXE policies, procedures, and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily sort operations and Cargo Handler work activities
- Guide proper package handling and routing procedures




- Resolve potential service failures within station sorting
- Mentor, coach, and train assigned employees
- Ensure administrative processes comply with required policies

Requirements:

- College degree
- Two years FedEx sort operations or senior hourly experience
- Two years supervisory experience in a related industry
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
