Lead event security operations with Paladin Security, supervising teams and responding to incidents at concerts, festivals, and community events. This as-needed role includes wide-ranging shifts.

As an experienced Events Security Supervisor, you will coordinate on-site security and guest services while maintaining professionalism and compliance. You will support staff, communicate with clients, and address safety concerns. The position reports to the Security Programs Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise event security and guest services staff
- Brief staff on assignments, protocols, and procedures
- Monitor crowds, access points, and restricted areas
- Respond to incidents, complaints, and staff issues
- Complete reports, logs, and post-event documentation

Requirements:

- At least one year of security industry experience
- Advanced Security Training certification
- Valid Basic First Aid Training
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
