Lead Walmart’s Vision Center in Brandon by managing optical operations, prescription eyewear, sales budgets, and customer experience. Regulatory knowledge is essential.

The Vision Center Manager reports to the District Manager for qualified services. This manager develops the optical business, promotes the Walmart brand, and maintains safe, compliant operations. The position also builds relationships with Optometrists and community healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver sales budgets and control wages according to P&L;
- Execute optical programs and promote the Walmart brand
- Build relationships with Optometrists and healthcare providers
- Evaluate written prescription orders from Customers or Doctors
- Maintain safe, operational Vision Center conditions

Requirements:

- Familiarity with the regional regulatory environment
- Practice within applicable regional regulatory requirements
- Follow Provincial and Federal eyewear dispensing guidelines
- Maintain required emergency policies and equipment standards
