Support employee relations and benefits administration as a Human Resources Generalist in Richmond, BC, working five days in office for Fresh Start Foods.

This full time, permanent role works closely with Senior HR Management across designated divisions. Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll, training, performance management, recruitment, policy implementation, diversity and inclusion, and employment compliance. You will connect HR Shared Services with division business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as liaison between HR Shared Services and divisions
- Manage workforce planning and internal posting processes
- Coordinate training, wellness, and orientation events
- Handle biweekly payroll and onboarding through 90 days




- Educate leaders on performance management and employee relations

Requirements:

- At least two years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelor’s degree emphasizing Human Resources preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and GFS policies
- Google Suite, Workday, or UKG/Kronos knowledge is an asset
