Black & McDonald seeks a Mechanical Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and operations teams. The position involves project administration, reporting, change orders, and documentation. Candidates should understand mechanical construction practices, drawings, specifications, and contract documentation while communicating with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities
- Prepare schedules, reports, logs, and project documentation
- Support change order pricing, submission, and administration
- Track project costs, forecasts,



productivity, and budgets
- Assist procurement, subcontract administration, turnover, and commissioning

Requirements:

- Two to five years in mechanical construction or related environments
- Engineering degree, construction diploma, or related field experience
- Robust planning, scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore experience
- Eligibility for Level II Secret Security Clearance
