Lead tournament preparation at Lora Bay Golf Club while applying Golf Genius skills and delivering polished member experiences in Thornbury, Ontario.

This PGA of Canada professional role carries ownership of member events, championships, leagues, and outside tournaments. You will work directly with the Head Golf Professional while supporting golf shop operations, instruction, and daily member engagement. The position offers meaningful responsibility and mentorship in operational, financial, and leadership skills for future Head Golf Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare member events, championships, and outside tournaments
- Complete Golf Genius setup, pairings, signs, scorecards, and rules sheets
- Manage event execution, scoring, results, and post-event reviews




- Coordinate with Food and Beverage and Turf Operation teams
- Support Men’s and Ladies’ league programs

Requirements:

- PGA of Canada Qualified in good standing or progressing toward membership
- Experience preparing and running golf tournaments
- Golf Genius proficiency is a strong asset
- Confident communication in person, by phone, and writing
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability during golf season
