Lead overnight janitorial operations with GDI, using staff supervision and safety enforcement to meet customer quality expectations. Work full time Monday to Friday.

As Resident Supervisor, you will oversee, train, and direct janitorial staff on site. The schedule runs from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am. Your work supports employee safety, customer expectations, inspections, reporting, and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train on site janitorial staff
- Assign shifts and designated work areas
- Inspect jobsites and submit quality reports
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly
- Enforce safety policies and investigate accidents

Requirements:

- Three plus years of janitorial supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to exercise judgment independently
- High integrity required
- Successful criminal background check required
