As Senior Manager, Compensation, you will plan, implement, monitor, and support program design with the Senior Director, Total Rewards. You will advise HR leaders and business leaders through compensation analytics, job evaluation, salary structures, and data-driven recommendations. The role supports competitive programs and consistent policy application.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage compensation programs across multiple lines of business
- Analyze benchmark data and internal equity for recommendations
- Develop salary scales, grids, and job evaluation systems
- Lead annual compensation processes, budgeting,



and forecasting
- Present market findings and recommendations to organizational leaders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Certified Compensation Skilled designation
- Minimum seven years of progressive compensation or Total Rewards experience
- Experience designing frameworks, policies, governance, and compensation programs
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel modeling proficiency
