Location: Kitchener, ON – 100% onsite

Salary: $45,000–$55,000

Schedule: Fixed shift with start times between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries primarily by email, with some inbound calls.
- Process orders, quotes, modifications, cancellations, and returns.
- Handle billing questions, adjustments, damages, and order tracking.
- Maintain accurate data and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of recent customer service, call centre, order entry, or data entry experience.
- Order management experience, including tracking, tracing, and returns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn current systems quickly.
- Outgoing, motivated, and highly personable.
