As Manager, Revenue Accounting & Reporting, you will report to the Director of Finance in a full-time, permanent hybrid position. You will ensure accurate, timely revenue data and translate complex information into actionable insights. The role covers accounting systems, CRM platforms, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee revenue data management and monthly revenue reporting
- Reconcile bank, accounting, Salesforce, and Donor Drive records
- Prepare or review monthly revenue journal entries
- Manage Gift in Kind revenue collection, tracking, and valuation
- Design reports, analyses, and processes for revenue data

Requirements:

- Post-secondary accounting or business education, or equivalent experience
- Five-plus years in related accounting positions
- Proficiency with finance software and CRM systems
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, cooperative, and detail-focused approach
