As a Laboratory Assistant on abm’s Cell Biology team, you will coordinate customer orders through preparation, documentation, and shipment readiness. The work combines mammalian cell culture, order tracking, inventory records, and cross-department communication. You will help ensure accurate, timely fulfillment for research customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate cell biology orders through product preparation and shipment readiness
- Communicate requirements, priorities, and timelines across departments
- Track order progress and flag shortages or delays
- Maintain cells through passaging,



freezing, thawing, and viability checks
- Verify labels, quantities, storage requirements, and shipment records

Requirements:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant life science field
- Hands-on mammalian cell culture experience from laboratory work
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain organized records
- Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Availability for full-time, 100% onsite work in Richmond
