Saputo Dairy Products Edmonton Plant seeks an enthusiastic Millwright with manufacturing experience for its maintenance team. The position involves installing and maintaining facility mechanical systems on a 12-hour rotating schedule. You will interpret technical drawings, perform repairs, complete preventative maintenance, and support protected production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and maintain mechanical systems throughout the facility
- Troubleshoot conveyors, packaging lines, motors, and gearboxes
- Repair homogenizers, heat exchangers, and process equipment




- Complete preventative maintenance and accurate service records
- Communicate with plant personnel about safe production processes

Requirements:

- Millwright or Journeyman Certificate required
- Three years’ food processing experience considered an asset
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- UNIFOR Local 445 membership or membership within 30 days
