Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada (VLRC) seeks a Client Care Navigator in Peterborough, ON (or Kingston/Mississauga). This full time, permanent role coordinates supports for people living with vision loss and serves as their primary contact across care providers.

Excellent communication and care coordination skills are essential. Reports to the Manager, Healthcare Operations – Client Navigation, with compensation of $28.83 per hour.
