You will work with colleagues to identify potential fraud, strengthen verification processes, and prevent fraud entering the welfare system. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial and further evidence interviews with Jobcentre colleagues
- Verify identification, housing costs, children, and childcare documents
- Conduct customer review meetings with agreed claim evidence




- Share fraud trends with office and specialist intelligence teams
- Lead customer education sessions on responsibilities and non-compliance

Requirements:

- Ability to work fully from a Jobcentre location
