This senior Project Manager/Leader coordinates operational readiness, training, communication, user acceptance testing, and monitoring. The assignment requires NG911 technology knowledge, vendor management, and project governance. You will develop requirements, business cases, procurement materials, and implementation plans for Canadian standards-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan NG911 transition activities with CACC management teams
- Gather requirements and develop business cases for procurement
- Direct project teams and coordinate technical subject matter experts
- Manage risks, budgets, forecasts, and project controls




- Report progress to senior executives and stakeholder forums

Requirements:

- Experience leading vendor management and multi-vendor system integration projects
- Knowledge of Ontario PSAP operational and system standards
- Understanding of NG911 requirements and technical specifications
- Experience with project schedules, business cases, and management software
- Ability to travel to multiple dispatch centres across Ontario
