As the Associate Director, Field Excellence Lead, Nephrology , you will play a pivotal strategic role in maximizing the effectiveness, consistency, and impact of Biogen's Nephrology field organization supporting Empaveli, and future nephrology assets. You will serve as the primary strategic partner between Headquarters and the Field, ensuring commercial strategies are translated into actionable, field-ready execution that accelerates business performance and enhances customer engagement.
