This management role oversees Front of House Supervisors and staff across front desk, recovery services, and ProShop operations. You will develop leaders, build hospitality culture, protect member satisfaction, and act on operational data. Success depends on visible leadership and consistent standards.

Requirements:

- Three to five years managing premium hospitality, fitness, or service environments
- Experience developing supervisors or team leads
- Ability to build hospitality culture across multi-person teams
- Understanding of front desk, recovery, and retail operations
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C maintained annually
