This Bridal Stylist role represents the David’s Bridal brand as a skilled brand ambassador. You will manage customer appointments, understand emotional and practical needs, and support sales productivity through the 5-Step Selling Process. The position combines customer care, product knowledge, fashion trend expertise, and store operations. Stylists report to the Store Manager in partnership with the Sales Manager. You will also coordinate with Alterations Specialists, maintain presentation standards, and complete assigned training. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while retail experience and computerized POS experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:





- Welcome customers warmly and adapt communication to their needs
- Prepare fitting rooms and review customer profiles before appointments
- Identify gowns, explain alterations, and schedule future appointments
- Take accurate measurements and enter required ordering information
- Maintain store standards, transactions, and customer flow systems

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Preferred one to two years of retail experience
- Preferred apparel, service, or specialty store experience
- Preferred computerized point of sale system experience
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
