ILIA seeks a beauty advisor in the Quebec City metropolitan area with clean beauty passion, strong communication, and sales education expertise.

As Sales and Education Advisor, you will champion ILIA’s clean color category and in-store client experience. You will educate store teams about safe, performance-driven ingredients, hero products, selling skills, and service behaviors. The position reports to the Senior Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive, Canada-East.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales through store visits, events, and relationship building
- Coordinate visit schedules and plans with your manager
- Train retail associates on products and selling skills
- Develop store brand advocates and strengthen client loyalty




- Recap visits, opportunities, and action plans in T-Sheets

Requirements:

- Two-plus years of beauty industry experience
- Professional makeup artist or brand ambassador background
- Reliable transportation and Quebec City territory residency
- Versatile availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to stand six to eight hours and lift thirty pounds
