The Content Creator develops videos for sports camps, swimming lessons, STEAM programs, and special events. This role combines filming, editing, content calendars, and social media management. You will create short-form and long-form concepts, write captions, and monitor performance across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Film sports camps, swimming lessons, STEAM programs, and events
- Capture testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional content
- Edit Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and YouTube videos
- Add music, captions, transitions, graphics, and effects
- Organize the video library and schedule social content

Requirements:

- Experience filming and editing videos
- Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Robust understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube
- Creative eye for storytelling, composition, and visual design
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
