BGC Okanagan seeks an experienced partner providing strategic and practical support across the employee lifecycle. You will advise leaders on performance, recruitment, accommodations, development, and offboarding. The position reports to the Manager, People and Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leaders on workforce needs and employee engagement
- Advise on relations, performance, attendance, conflict, and policies
- Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, leaves, and accommodations
- Conduct interviews, document investigations, and prepare recommendations
- Maintain HRMS records and support related processes

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in human resources or related field
- Three to five years progressive human resources experience
- Experience advising leaders on employee relations and performance
- Unionized setting experience and collective agreement interpretation
- British Columbia legislation knowledge and Class 5 licence
