Accenture is seeking an On-site User Safety & Risk Operations Agent in St. Catharines, Ontario. The role focuses on moderating content, detecting and preventing abuse, and investigating fraud to keep the platform safe for users.
Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist within the Trust & Safety team. Competitive starting pay at $23.75 per hour with a $2,000 signing bonus. Full time shifts (35–44 hours/week) and rotating hours, plus benefits and ongoing coaching.
