As a Client Care Representative, you will support Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists, Vermont’s specialty and 24/7 emergency animal hospital. The work includes telephone communication, patient files, medical records, financial updates, and routine animal care inquiries. You will also educate clients about over-the-counter flea and tick preventions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer multi-line telephone calls professionally and efficiently
- Greet clients warmly at the hospital
- Prepare patient files and medical record entries

Requirements:
