Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a Fashion Designer to help evolve the PENN. brand. You will interpret fashion, cultural, and consumer influences through the brand lens. The work spans seasonal direction, silhouettes, colour, fabrics, fittings, and final collection execution. Collaboration with Design, Merchandising, and key partners supports relevant, fresh, commercially meaningful assortments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design seasonal assortments reflecting PENN. customer and business objectives
- Translate trends into silhouettes, colour stories, fabrics, and details
- Develop sketches, garment concepts, and design packages




- Guide fittings and reviews through fit, proportion, and construction
- Own creative execution across assigned categories

Requirements:

- Fashion Design degree or diploma, or related education
- Three to five years of relevant fashion design experience
- Robust understanding of fit, silhouette, colour, fabric, and construction
- Experience creating design packages and presentation materials
- French and English bilingualism for partner communication
