Working under store management supervision, the Merchandise Associate handles goods from receipt through sales-floor placement. The position includes checking merchandise, correcting prices, preparing transfers, and maintaining organized storage. Customer service and adherence to head office procedures are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and account for merchandise receipts and shipment orders
- Identify potential errors in merchandise shipments and receipts
- Label merchandise with correct prices and make corrections




- Prepare products for store or distribution centre transfers
- Maintain an organized backstore and effective sales-floor placement

Requirements:

- Comfort with physical work and lifting heavy merchandise
- Organized, efficient, methodical, autonomous, and resourceful approach
- Experience handling goods is an asset
- Availability for holidays and longer busy-period hours
- Willingness to provide excellent customer service
