Provide outpatient psychotherapy and comprehensive mental health assessments while supporting clients and families living with mental health challenges.

As a Psychotherapist, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized intervention plans and deliver individual and group therapy. Your practice will address complex mental health challenges through evidence based approaches, family sessions, psycho-education, and client advocacy. You will help clients achieve their optimal level of health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to clients
- Conduct initial assessments with multidisciplinary team members
- Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans
- Deliver individual and group therapy




- Maintain accurate client records and statistical reports

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychotherapy, or equivalent
- Authorization to perform controlled psychotherapy acts in Ontario
- Registration with an appropriate governing College
- Minimum one year recent experience delivering specified therapies
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and best practices
