Njoyn seeks a Registered Practical Nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care in a seniors’ health centre. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, educate, prevent, and restore health, and document care planning in line with MOH and LTC standards.

You will build solid relationships with physicians, residents, and families, uphold safety policies, and contribute to teaching and learning as part of the hospital’s academic mandate.
