The City of Victoria is seeking a Leadhand – Parks Operations to oversee ornamental horticulture, turf, arboriculture and sport field maintenance. You will supervise approximately 9 staff, coordinate work schedules, ensure safety standards, and provide training to crew members.
Work is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This temporary role (up to 4 months) offers $46.45 per hour under CUPE Local 50, with a solid focus on quality and teamwork in city parks.
