As a full time Security Team Lead with Paladin Security, you will guide guards and maintain safety across Trillium Health Partners’ Mississauga Hospital. The work includes patrols, emergency response, patient watch support, incident investigations, and coordination with emergency services. You will also ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and mandatory training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily shift operations and direct security personnel
- Coach guards and provide on-the-job support
- Patrol the site, Emergency Department, and mental health ward
- Respond to security calls and emergency codes
- Investigate incidents and complete detailed reports

Requirements:

- Two to three years of security experience
- Use of Force and MOAB certifications, or sponsored training
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Required immunization records and COVID-19 vaccinations
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
