We’re hiring a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join ACETECH in Oakville, Ontario.

At ACETECH, our technology helps keep emergency services vehicles and equipment available when lives depend on them—so our customers can reach more people who need urgent care.

As our Canadian operations grow, we’re looking for someone practical, organised and proactive to help keep orders moving, inventory accurate and customer deliveries on track.

Working closely with our Canadian team and our Supply Chain and Quality teams in Ireland, you’ll coordinate:

- Customer orders, product availability and shipments
- Inventory records, stock checks and replenishment
- Routine hardware and pre-shipment quality checks
- Product returns and shipping documentation
- Local activities supporting our planned facility move in 2027

This is a hands‑on, non‑management role. It would suit someone with experience in logistics, inventory, warehousing or order fulfilment who enjoys taking responsibility, following established processes and using their initiative to resolve day-to-day issues.
