AGI - Ag Growth International in Rosenort, MB seeks a Continuous Improvement Co-op Student for a winter term. The role will support Lean initiatives across a 200,000 ft2 facility including weld, painting, assembly, and shipping areas.

You will conduct time studies, process observations, and root-cause investigations, collaborating with production teams to reduce waste and standardize processes. This is an hands-on co-op focused on real-world improvements in a manufacturing setting.
