Drive high-volume recruitment for CGL as a Talent Acquisition Advisor, using sourcing and screening expertise in a hybrid model with two office days.

As a regular full time Human Resources advisor, you will partner with hiring managers and workforce planning specialists. You will support contact center hiring, build talent pipelines, and use Indeed, LinkedIn, and data analytics. The work focuses on candidate recommendations, objective interviews, assessments, diversity, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with managers on contact center hiring needs
- Source and screen candidates for hiring classes
- Build passive talent pipelines through Indeed and LinkedIn
- Support interviews, assessments, and candidate recommendations




- Promote employer branding through networking and job fairs

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Experience managing over 25 job requisitions in high-volume recruitment
- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Knowledge of employment laws, human rights, privacy, and interviewing
- English proficiency required; French is an asset
