Lead retail grocery operations at Port Hood Co-op in Port Hood, Nova Scotia, using financial analysis and team leadership skills. This permanent full time position requires onsite work, including some weekends.

The General Manager coordinates store operations while supporting short- and long-term co-operative goals. The position oversees customer service, inventory management, staffing, store maintenance, financial reporting, and employee training. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the General Manager also works with Sobeys on promotions and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily retail store operations and staffing levels
- Manage inventory, product quality, ordering, and store presentation

- Minimum five years of retail or food service experience
