The Association of Neighbourhood Houses of BC seeks a confident Early Childhood Educator Float for a fixed-term daycare position. You will help create inclusive learning environments, support educators, and build relationships with children and families. Strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills are central to this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Co-create developmentally appropriate programming with staff and children
- Document learning through observations, photographs, products, and dialogue
- Support positive, respectful, child-centered discipline practices
- Maintain protected, clean classrooms and disinfect toys
- Connect families with community resources and service providers

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of experience in licensed childcare
- Early Childhood Education qualification
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Minimum age of 19 years under licensing regulations
- Ability to lift, move supplies, and arrange furniture
