Operate snowplows and heavy equipment locally in Ontario while supporting secure highways through winter and seasonal maintenance work.

Ledcor Highways Ltd. is seeking winter seasonal operators for Ontario highway maintenance. The work uses snowplows, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment. Operators also assist with pothole repair, guardrail repair, bridge and signage cleaning, and hazard remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snowplows, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment
- Maintain Ontario Provincial Highways year-round
- Assist with pothole and guardrail repairs
- Clean bridges and highway signage
- Work outside in all weather conditions

Requirements:

- Valid AZ or DZ license with air endorsement
- Provide a three-year commercial driver’s abstract
- Perform physically demanding tasks and lift 50 pounds regularly
- Previous snowplow or wheel loader experience is an asset
- Availability for shift, on-call, and night work
