As a Road Transport Team Dispatch Coordinator, you will manage daily truck dispatching for ocean containers. The full time position works 37.5 hours weekly and reports to the Senior Manager of RTT Department. Support Westbound MLB planning, Eastbound cargo backup, and accurate job order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily Westbound MLB dispatch activities
- Dispatch containers and release trucking provider job orders
- Track container movements and provide cargo status updates
- Monitor availability, customs clearance, release, and pickup readiness




- Communicate with trucking partners about timely container movement

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience
- One to three years of logistics or transportation experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility for varying hours and statutory holidays
