Beverage product development meets food science and chemistry in this on-site Vancouver technologist role with Mark Anthony Group.

The Beverage Technologist supports sample management, liquid innovation, and application within Product Development. You will prepare formulas and specifications, coordinate sensory evaluations, and collaborate with quality assurance, operations, suppliers, and external teams. The work supports new and revised beverage products, testing, and pilot runs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage samples, preparation, and shipping documentation
- Prepare laboratory and ETQ formulas and specifications
- Coordinate taste panels and perform sensory evaluations
- Support quality assurance and operations during pilot runs
- Review shelf-life extensions and alternative ingredients

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Nutrition, Chemistry, or related field
- Knowledge of beverage formulation, sensory evaluation, and testing
- Robust attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
- Experience with beverages is preferred
