IKEA Canada is building its Hamilton fulfilment operation with co-workers skilled in warehouse equipment and accurate order preparation. Support a recent Customer Distribution Centre from the ground up.

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you will help receive, store, replenish, pick, and prepare customer orders. Your work supports goods availability and a seamless omnichannel customer experience. You will use operational systems, tools, procedures, and established work methods while prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, replenish, pick, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Perform assigned fulfilment processes using available systems and tools
- Contribute to accurate, on-time goods availability
- Follow IKEA health, safety,



and security requirements
- Apply lean, simple, cost-conscious operating methods

Requirements:

- Experience operating warehouse and material-handling equipment safely
- Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift experience considered an asset
- Ability to follow procedures, action plans, and work methods
- Teamwork, adaptability, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a customer-focused omnichannel environment
