Analyze financial information in Vaudreuil as a Full-Time Financial Analyst, applying Excel skills and accounts receivable expertise. Support accurate reporting and stronger cash flow.

Reporting to the Division Controller, this Financial Analyst manages billing, collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The position supports month-end and year-end close while maintaining controls and data quality. You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and other internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate accurate invoices and credit memos promptly
- Review aging reports and follow up overdue balances
- Resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, and account inquiries




- Reconcile receivable subledgers and balance-sheet accounts
- Prepare weekly and monthly receivables reporting

Requirements:

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance-related field
- Three or more years of relevant finance experience
- Robust Excel skills, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
