As a Counter Sales Associate, you will provide outstanding service while helping maximize sales and gross profit. You will share product line information, process sales, and help satisfy customer needs. The position suits candidates with strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience who want to learn and grow within Noble.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct sales service and product line information
- Respond to customer needs in person, by telephone, or email
- Enter orders and pull products from inventory
- Schedule deliveries or help buyers load orders
- Evaluate needs and upsell appropriate products
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Solid interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to safely lift upwards of 50 pounds
