Support Fanshawe College students in person in London through registration, admissions, financial aid, and academic policy advising. Serve as a knowledgeable first contact.

As a Registrar Services Specialist, you will provide integrated student services across the Registrar’s Office. Your work includes admissions support, course registration, records processing, fee guidance, and general OSAP advising. You will process standard financial aid forms, update Student Information System data, protect confidential records, and refer complex matters appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve students, staff, and visitors in person, by phone, and email
- Assist with applications, registration, timetable changes, and withdrawals
- Explain fees, OSAP requirements, policies, deadlines, and available resources
- Process forms,



update financial aid data, and follow up documentation
- Log inquiries and collaborate across Registrar functions

Requirements:

- Two-year post-secondary diploma in a related discipline
- Five years’ working knowledge of college policies and financial aid
- Knowledge of OSAP and provincial or federal financial aid programs
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Advising, assessment, public relations, and conflict resolution skills
