Support HRIS accuracy, payroll, and benefits administration as a People Operations Generalist with Covenant House Toronto in a hybrid downtown setting.

This permanent, full time position supports finance, payroll, operations, and youth-facing teams. You will maintain HR systems, administer benefits, monitor compliance, and improve employee processes. The role also supports reporting, employee education, and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain employee records, contracts, and personnel documentation
- Administer Group Health and RRSP enrolments and changes
- Audit payroll, benefits, files, and compliance processes
- Manage leave, accommodation, return-to-work, and WSIB activities
- Generate HRIS reports and implement process improvements

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Three to five-plus years of HR experience
- Experience with HR operations, payroll, or HRIS
- Strong HRIS, payroll platform, Excel, and reporting skills
- Accuracy, discretion, analytical ability, and organizational skills
