Closer to Home Community Services seeks Relief Staff for its Community Group Home and Residential Program. This position supports children and youth through daily activities, skill development, school assistance, and safety-focused care. Relief Staff work with skilled teams, participate in meetings and supervision, and implement predetermined treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist children and youth with daily activities and routines
- Maintain structured settings and promote high levels of supervision

- Respond to shift coverage requests and accept three monthly shifts

Requirements:

- Related diploma or degree preferred; education and experience considered
- Experience supporting vulnerable children, youth, and families is an asset

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Class 5 Alberta licence, personal vehicle, and clean three-year abstract
