This Welder position operates on a continental 12-hour day-shift schedule, covering 36 to 48 hours weekly. You will produce quality welds, operate welding equipment, and complete production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read blueprints and welding process specifications
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Produce strong, penetrated non-porous welds
- Perform machine pre-ops, setups, and changeovers
- Complete production paperwork and housekeeping activities

Requirements:

- Welding experience with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work safely with MIG welders and positioners
- Ability to distinguish materials and gauges
- Ability to read measuring devices accurately
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
